By using Writing With ("the Service") at writingwith.com, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Writing With is a distraction-free writing tool. Free users can store up to 3 documents in their browser. Pro users get cloud storage and additional features via a paid subscription.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 16 or older to create an account.

Paid plans are processed via Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases with no recurring charge. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

We offer a 7-day refund on monthly plans if you're not satisfied. Lifetime deals are non-refundable after 14 days.

You own everything you write. We don't read, sell, or share your documents. We store them to provide the service and nothing else.

Don't use the Service to store or distribute illegal content. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or attack the platform.

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. We're not liable for lost work — export your documents regularly as a backup practice.

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
